Even if you’re not interested in going for a walk or run, could you sit on a patio, deck, or sun porch while you drink your first cup of coffee, tea, or water? Listen to the sounds of birds, or maybe the breeze through the leaves. See how many different shades of green there are, how many different surface textures you see on plants, the ground, and the buildings around you.
