How can you ignore their behavior? Stop focusing on it, stop talking to others about it, and stop expecting it from them. When you allow someone else’s behavior to dictate yours, you’re creating your own inner turmoil and using the other person as your excuse to feel bad.
Let other people do what they do – they’re going to do it anyway. Your job is to learn to ignore what has irritated you in the past – you’re not in control of the other person, but you are in control of your own inner peace.
