Time continues to pass, and whether you feel it or not, you continue to adapt, heal, and grow. In the short term, lean on your friends and family when you need to, be patient with your ragged feelings, and stick with your normal routine as much as possible.
In the long term, this is a painful page in the entire book of your life. You have so many wonderful pages still ahead of you.
